Andrej Babiš met with Indian President Ram Nath Kovind. They spoke about enhancing economic cooperation between Czechia and India
On Friday, 7 September 2018, Prime Minister Andrej Babiš met with the President of the Republic of India, Ram Nath Kovind. They discussed the strengthening of mutual economic cooperation, the issues of defence and security or the relations between India and the EU in connection with support for the free trade agreement. For the Czech Republic, India is one of the most important and strategic trade partners in Asia.

Prime Minister Babiš discussed Czech-German cooperation, future of the European Union and migration with Chancellor Merkel
Prime Minister Andrej Babiš visited the Federal Republic of Germany on Wednesday 5 September 2018. He and Chancellor Angela Merkel talked about current European topics and Czech-German cooperation. He also met with the President of the Bundestag Wolfgang Schäuble, representatives of German think-tanks, and he laid a wreath at the Berlin Wall memorial.

Prime Minister Babiš and Prime Ministers of Italy and Malta discussed solutions to the migration crisis and the future of the European Union
Prime Minister Andrej Babiš visited Italy and Malta on Tuesday 28 August 2018. Babiš and the Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and the Maltese Prime Minister Joseph Muscat discussed, in particular, specific measures to address the migration crisis. The topics also included the future of the European Union ad the multiannual financial framework. During his mission, Babiš also visited the EUNAVFOR MED headquarters – Operation Sophia in Rome and the naval and air base in Valletta.

On Friday 27 July 2018, Prime Minister Andrej Babiš visited Salzburg, where he attended the opening of this year's Salzburg Music Festival at the invitation of Chancellor Kurz. On this occasion, he also had a meeting with his host, Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, as well as with other guests of the festival, Estonian Prime Minister Jüri Ratas and British Prime Minister Theresa May.
